International shipping

Snug-a-licious carries out both local and international delivery. Our shipping prices are based on the weight of each product. Please allow for 5-10 days for international orders. Currently international shipping may incur delays due to Covid, so please bare with !  

 

We offer free shipping for any international orders over $1400.

Local shipping

We offer free shipping within HK for any orders over $300.

 

All orders will be dispatched via registered post within 24 hours. Please allow 3-4 working days for your order to arrive for shipping in Hong Kong.

 

Important note about customs and tax/ duties when shipping internationally

When ordering from snugalicious.com, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Hong Kong may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Snugalicious has no control over these charges, nor can snugalicious predict what they may be.

 

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

Note:

  • Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.

     

     

  • Countries that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.

 

Exchanges & Refunds

We hope that you will love your Snug-a-licious stuff as much as we do. However we understand that if it is not quite perfect you may wish to exchange or return an item. If that is the case, we encourage you to contact us via email to arrange an exchange. Your satisfaction is important to us. We accept all exchanges and returns of items which have been unworn and are in perfect condition.

Contact must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact. We will cover all returns and delivery charges if within Hong Kong. If overseas then we ask you to cover the return charge and we will cover the delivery of the new product back to you. 

 

If we are not able to supply a suitable item for exchange we can offer you a refund for your returned item (unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact). We are only able to offer refunds for the value of the item and not including the initial cost of shipping the item to the customer.

Please include a copy of your receipt and a note advising us of your needs.

 

Please note: Sale items are not exchangeable, and all sales are final.

 

Faulty Goods

At Snug-a-licious every dispatched item is checked and packaged with care. However, we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit. Should an item be faulty, we urge the purchaser to contact us via email. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact.
